VERA RAMONE'S STORY - Former Wife of nearly 20 years to Dee Dee Ramone, (Founder and Bass player of The Ramones)

I first heard of Linda Drake from my close friend Linda Ramone (widow of Johnny Ramone, guitar player and founder of The Ramones). She told me that she'd had a session with Linda Drake and suggested I may want to set myself up for a reading with her and that it might give me some closure regarding my former husband Dee Dee Ramone who had also passed on and was in the same band as Johnny.

I normally don't seek out these types of healers however I was assured I would not be disappointed. I was told she was in the middle of a book tour and wasn't scheduling any readings until mid-late summer. I decided to call her and put myself on her waiting list for her convenience.

To my surprise she returned my call. Within two days she just happened to be in Orlando, Florida and only 2 hours from where I live. She told me she could fit me in for a reading in 3 days, on a Friday morning at 11am for a phone reading. I was ecstatic!

Five minutes later Linda phoned me back and told me her schedule allowed her to come to my house the following morning.

I was completely elated to say the least and also anxious to have our reading the following morning!! The experience with Linda Drake was overwhelmingly profound and most of all extremely emotional and rewarding. Over the course of many years I carried with me a sense of guilt and sadness, a heaviness on my chest that stayed with me throughout our separation and eventual divorce with the way things ended. There were many things left unsaid and many things left un-resolved.

Through Linda, Dee Dee spoke to me and she told me personal things that only he and I knew and she described his personality to a tee. He assured me that he knew I felt guilt and he took full responsibility for our break up. He said it was all his fault. He knew he had drained me of all my energy and that there was just nothing left to give. He said it was a matter of survival (mine) and he loved me so much, he had to let me go.

This woman knew nothing of my life and Dee Dee's unexpected death! The next thing she told me really blew my head!! To my surprise she told me that I had died on an operating table and that he met me at the gate of heaven, and told me it was not my time, that I had much work left to do and with that he gave me a hug and sent me back. I told her I had no recall of this, and she told me it was my choice not to.

There was no way this lady I'd just met could have known that two years ago I had a so called ''Inseparable brain tumor'' removed and that I had flat lined on that operating table. My doctor, Dr Jacques Morcos, professor of neurology at the University of Miami to this day calls me his ''miracle patient''.

Not only did I survive the two strokes and the operation, but also my hearing returned and there were no visible traces of my illness that one could see. I now believe in miracles and now know that there is much more after this life here on this earthly plane.
