The question is asked in this moment:
"What is stopping humanity from embracing joy?"
I greet you this day dear ones, and what a pleasure it is to be here with you once again in this way. I so much enjoy coming forward to sit with you and to share our energies, as do those many angelic beings who also come forward to join in on such occasions as this one now. Too many times humans limit their encounters with those on the Other Side of the Veil when all are here to serve and to assist.
This day as we breathe together we will speak about some common threads that are woven through mass consciousness and are actually in process of being unwoven, for the shifts from the Solstice of the 21st of June were far reaching indeed.
For with every new incarnation, the intention was always there to complete a prior experience and to allow it to flow to completion in the consecutive life.
As a consolidated group, all humans on earth, with the exception of the new children who are now being born, all humanity at this time more than any other before, carries a dynamic of great guilt and shame. And while these energies feel very much negative and oppressive, it was the intention of those who came in to incarnation after the second World War to carry this energy into this life.
The intention to bring this energy into this life was because there was finally the potential to transmute and be finished with many of the less enjoyable, shall we say, experiences that have been carried forth from one incarnation to another for eons of time. For with every new incarnation, the intention was always there to complete a prior experience and to allow it to flow to completion in the consecutive life.
Yet dear ones, this did not occur. And instead, what you know as karma became a twisted thing that kept recreating and activating over and over and over again, far different from it’s original intent and design until there was never the opportunity or energy to be fully clear from one lifetime to another.
This is the lifetime that was determined to be the one where everything potentially is untwisted and brought back into alignment with All That Is...
What this has done is to continuously set up for those new ones coming into their physical life some old traumas and dramas that should have been played out to completion a long time prior to this life. Yet here they are appearing again, and if many of you feel quite a few experiences of what you might call déjà vu, then this is one of the reasons for this… you have indeed already been there and done that and didn’t quite get the t-shirt!
This is the lifetime that was determined to be the one where everything potentially is untwisted and brought back into alignment with All That Is, free of all negative energies, for there is no judgment or blame or shame in divinity, is there dear one.
The beginning steps of this shift are already in process and many of you are feeling better about your life and your choices than at any time prior to this. For there are enough now of the light who have been diligently working to get clear of old life demons and expressions that the energy of their transmutations is greatly available to those who are now making the choice to get clear and move into sovereignty.
And perhaps you might be wondering with this question of how you yourself might be able to move out of the core energy of negativity or self-doubt so as to move into a place of embracing and living in joy and recognizing that you are deserving of a life of joy. I say to you this day, that there is nothing from this life or any other that would keep you from doing this! There is nothing that you have done in any life or in this life that would make you unworthy of receiving all the joy and expansion in your life that you are longing to have!
Dear ones, you are in the process of clearing old programming, old residues of energy that have somewhat accumulated throughout eons of time and lifetimes and it is all here now, and may very well be quite present and in your face now, to be brought to resolution and completion. It is only when you resist and make things difficult for yourself by holding onto to a thought or feeling that the process is slowed down.
For example, if you have someone in your life who is not of a particularly pleasant nature or is continuously being negative and offering you de-structive criticism or opinions, then you are essentially placing yourself in a position to continue this clearing for longer than you need to do because your energy field also will contain the negativity of this other person. For the personal energies of those who continue to play out any trauma and drama has a great impact on your own energy fields. What is occurring is that you are allowing yourself to be interacting with a denser form of energy and it will slow down your progress as you are moving through your own ascension.
Let me give you an analogy of what this might be like. Say for example that you are a drop of water, bright and sparkling clear and able to move about easily in your own environment. Suddenly you find yourself in a vat of oil, which has a far denser consistency than your own pure drop of water. What is this like for you then? Are you able to move freely and as easily now? Or are you slowed down immensely and find that you have difficulty getting the oxygen that you need to breathe for living. You are still a bright and sparkling drop of water yet you have been surrounded by energies that are not good for you!
Dear ones, seek out those who carry the higher vibrations and come together to enjoy being in joy and to enjoy your life and do this because you are choosing to take care of you!
This is very much a potential for how those interactions can be when you find yourself in the presence of ones who do not have such a bright outlook on their own lives. Eventually you will find that rather than they becoming more cheery and bright, you yourself are less and less happy and take less joy in your life.
Dear ones, seek out those who carry the higher vibrations and come together to enjoy being in joy and to enjoy your life and do this because you are choosing to take care of you! This group energy is very powerful and can spread to others in the surrounding vicinity. And doesn’t it feel much lighter and easier to spread joy rather than negativity? For negativity does indeed spread quite easily and there are those who are actually quite gifted in doing this.
As you continue to work on yourself and your old patterns and behaviors, make a choice each day as well to be joyful and full of peace and harmony. You have far more control over your own outlook than you might imagine that you do and you create your reality with your every thought. For while you might have carried into this life a dynamic that has been about allowing others to tell you how to live and how to think, this is rapidly changing. Those overlays of what is considered to be the way that society functions and those dynamics that constitute the “norms” of behavior within that society are rapidly shifting and will disappear altogether in your lifetime. The time of the sovereign individual is coming to the fore.
You are bringing to this earth a new form of expressing your divinity and living your life that contains the seeds of peaceful co-existence and sovereignty of the individual. Oh, it will take a bit of time for it to fully be seen in your outer world, but I say to you this day that the inner work that you are now doing is creating that change in the world. There is a movement afoot towards sovereignty and freedom and being without those many rules and regulations that have contributed to the stifling of sheer joy and pleasure in how one expresses their life.
The changes that are slowly taking place within those individuals who are consciously working on their own healing and transmutation is felt throughout all of mass consciousness. Those many rules and regulations that have contributed to the stifling of joy and have instead been about continuing the energy of fear are slowly dissolving and revealing themselves to be about control instead of assistance. And as these are revealed in their true nature, ones such as yourself are able to step up and choose to cease abiding by those energies of fear and manipulation and instead make new, empowered choices.
Never underestimate the value of what you do when you take time for yourself and value all that you are allowing for yourself. Every time that you do this you are transmuting some form of energy that has been oppressive and negative in the world around you. Think about this for a moment. If you took 15 minutes every day to sit quietly and simply enjoy yourself, to celebrate who you are and to be thankful for the life that you have now, in that moment, you are sending out a wave of energy that will be felt on the intuitive level by another human. And in that moment that other human might feel a ray of sunshine on their face, they might decide not to take their own life this day, they might suddenly remember that they do have value in this world.
Awesome isn’t it, to think about this! Yet that is the power of the emerging consciousness of the divine human!
It begins when you make a conscious choice to allow yourself to be happy for a time, even if that is only for a brief moment.
As with all changes and transmutations happening on the earth at this time dear ones, it begins with you. It begins when you make a conscious choice to allow yourself to be happy for a time, even if that is only for a brief moment. It begins when you say to yourself that you deserve to have a great day and then you go out and create it! It begins when you make the choice to smile at three people this day and they return your smile and the energy that is exchanged is welcoming and joyful and ads a spring to your step and a lightness to your heart. It is that easy dear ones.
Humanity is fully ready to embrace joy and this will happen in your lifetime. You can live a life of being fully joyful and to express your passion in your daily life. Begin this day by giving yourself permission to let go of any guilt, shame or blame that you’ve been carrying that you are finished experiencing for all times! Seek within you for those areas of cellular memory that have carried negativity in your own body and allow the breath of a new day to flow into those areas. Perhaps it’s in your heart area or some thoughts that you took on from your parents about duty and service.
Take time to seek out those places within you and make the choice to breathe new energy and new breath into those places and you might be surprised how quickly they begin to shift for you. For your choices do matter dear ones. The choices that you are making to empower yourself in the manner of your life, to live the life that is about your choices and not what another thinks you should be or do or have or say is greatly powerful to all of human consciousness.
When you make a choice that takes care of you and comes from your heart instead of your head, then you are honoring the divine human within and you are honoring your place in this world. Begin this day dear one, and give yourself a chance to embrace joy in your own life. Embrace the joy that you are!

You have a great deal more angelic support and also more connection with your own divinity now available to you.
