The Art of Meditation
Yes - meditation is an art not a science. Meditation is the art of getting in tune with the vibrations of your soul. Something scientists now acknowledge.
Eastern cultures have known and practiced the art of meditation for thousands of years, acknowledging the wisdom and peace obtained. Now, man in his quest for money and power, has become so tied up with the material world, so busy in his quest, that he has lost the practice of this very important art.
I have been working with spirit for many years now, and Master Kuthumi has requested that I help mankind relearn the ancient techniques of meditation which the wise ones have always known.
Meditation is not a difficult art to learn, it just takes a little self discipline, time, and practice. Trying to rush the process only succeeds in putting up blockages, which slows the process down. You must go at your own pace and realize that in the art of meditation we are all individuals and we all have different experiences.
The Ascended Masters have given me a series of meditations to help mankind with his spiritual development, helping him strengthen his bond with spirit, and to teach him to listen to his soul.
The most important thing we need to learn before we can meditate properly, is to learn to still our ever busy minds. Some people find this easy, others find it very difficult.
I have been given this method of meditation to help you to still your mind. To focus.

Mike Clark After many years as a mechanic and instructor in the New Zealand army, I finally ended many life times of military service. Spirit brought Lynette and I together, which opened a completely new and exciting world to me. The world of Spirit – and my destiny. I always knew from a very early age that I was different, it just took Lynette’s knowledge and guidance to unlock the doors. My gifts evolved from smelling (clairsentience) and feeling when spirit was near. Then on to opening my healing abilities. This occurred after Lynette suffered an unfortunate back injury. Since those early beginnings, I have become a Reiki Master. As I started working with the Ascended Masters, they instructed me in the development of a series of healing techniques. All designed to help with the ascension of mankind on his most vulnerable level, the emotional body. These techniques have all been channelled to work at a deep soul level, where my master, Jeshua, through me can guide and heal, often releasing pain which has been carried for lifetimes. All soul memories and trauma are held very deeply. Once you have unlocked these memories, you are able to begin to heal on a physical and emotional level. My guided meditations are incorporated as part of the channelled healing courses that I have also been asked to develop. A selection of meditations has been recorded and are now sold worldwide. The healing courses have been given to show others, how to heal at this level, in order that they inturn can help and heal other souls, bringing joy and peace to many. Some of the highlights for me so far have been: 1. Taking the Master’s teachings and courses worldwide 2. Helping Lynette to open a new church under the Christian Spiritual Churches of Australia, where I was the assistant minister. 3. Another was meeting a very experienced computer programmer, who helped me overcome my fear of computers. He guided me to start a website dedicated to Master Kuthumi’s work. From its humble beginnings the website now has over 500 pages, is translated into eight languages and goes out to over 140 countries. I am looking forward to an exciting future, working closely with spirit, helping to heal mankind and help with his all important ascension process. |
