Looking for something Light?
(with painting: Bloom)
Peace is starting from the centre
And moving into eternity
Peace is never stagnant
Ever-flowing, like ribbons of rivers
Blue as the brilliant sky
White clouds fluffy at morn
Peace is stillness in the heart
And listening to my soul
Peace is communing with your soul
Totally trusting
Peace is God in your heart
Peace is green, of emerald lake
And trees rustling in the wind
Peace is knowing from within
That God is.
Peace is knowing
There is no need to know all
Peace is embracing the goodness within
And walking barefoot into the unknown
Peace is embracing the darkness
And walking to light
Peace is awakening to the song of birds
Blessing the dawn
Peace is waking to the song of a child.
Peace is walking hand in hand
With the one who loves you
Peace is loving God in all
You set eyes upon
Peace is forgiving
And feeling worthy
Peace is being sacred vessel
A spring of water that never runs dry
Peace is lightness of being
A spring in your step
A strength from within.

Is it possible to attain harmony regardless of external circumstances?
Yes, but it demands a radical change in attitude, diametrically opposite our usual one. We are deeply conditioned to believe that changing our circumstances can result in harmony, but that is impossible. External conflict is simply the result of inner, psychological conflict. Therefore, the only way to attain harmony is to neutralize our inner conflict.
Based on about thirty years of investigation, experimentation, verification and practice, this book primarily deals with the cause of inner conflict, our inner conditions engendered by inner conflict, and the principles to neutralize it.
Although scientific findings are cited to support many definite, specific and concrete statements, they need not be accepted without verification. Simple techniques, without using any equipment, to verify many of these statements are given. Hence, this is a pragmatic book—aimed at assisting the reader to neutralize inner conflict.

I ran into a stranger as he passed by,
"Oh excuse me please" was my reply.
He said, "Please excuse me too;
I wasn't watching for you."
We were very polite, this stranger and I.
We went on our way and we said goodbye.
But at home a different story is told,
How we treat our loved ones, young and old.
Later that day, cooking the evening meal,
My son stood beside me very still.
When I turned, I nearly knocked him down.
"Move out of the way," I said with a frown.
He walked away, his little heart broken.
I didn't realize how harshly I'd spoken.
While I lay awake in bed,
God's still small voice came to me and said,
"While dealing with a stranger,
common courtesy you use,
but the family you love, you seem to abuse.
Go and look on the kitchen floor,
You'll find some flowers there by the door.
Those are the flowers he brought for you.
He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue.
He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise,
you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes."
By this time, I felt very small,
And now my tears began to fall.
I quietly went and knelt by his bed;
"Wake up, little one, wake up," I said.
"Are these the flowers you picked for me?"
He smiled, "I found 'em, out by the tree.
I picked 'em because they're pretty like you.
I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue."
I said, "Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today;
I shouldn't have yelled at you that way."
He said, "Oh, Mom, that's okay.
I love you anyway."
I said, "Son, I love you too,
and I do like the flowers, especially the blue."
Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company
that we are working for could easily replace us in
a matter of days.
But the family we left behind will feel the loss
for the rest of their lives.
And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more
into work than into our own family,
an unwise investment indeed,
don't you think?
So what is behind the story?
Do you know what the word FAMILY means?
FAMILY = (F)ATHER (A)ND (M)OTHER (I) (L)OVE (Y)OU
i was lost, wandering through jungles,
crossing oceans, breezing through galaxies,
searching for my sweet Love.
oh where is he, i cried
to all who would hear,
bring him back to me i begged the genies.
for truly i have lost part of my soul,
and my heart beats without life or passion,
always longing to touch his hair,
black as the depths of an abyss.
and to see his beautiful eyes,
like pools of love
in which i can gaze into
and fall, intoxicated.
and to taste the wine
through kisses from
his sweet lips.
all the genies, animals and birds
greatly moved, wept with me,
and held me in deepest compassion
and when my heart broke,
the rose within me blossomed
to release the soothing perfume
of its divine fruit.
in Allah's loving embrace
i was led into the
Aladdin's cave of my soul,
where i saw my treasure.
my true Love, my Angel,
always and forever with me
in our sacred union.
the sorrow and anguish
of parting is no more,
for we stay in each other's souls
our hearts touching,
our spirits caressing,
sharing in tasting the sweet wine
of our kisses,
consummating our marriage,
experiencing the oneness of Allah,
al-wadud, the most loving
as i lift my bridal veil for him.

What I wantWhat to think about? What do i desire?
What is my gift? my passion? my fire?
I want to experience joy like all the rest
To shine like a star through every test
I want every being on earth to smile
And i want it to last for a long while
I want every creature to know that we care
For the poor to sing and for the rich to share
I want us all to work together as one group
To mix our essences into a glistening soup
I want a cure to be found for every disease
For violence to end and for suffering to cease
I want our laughter to be heard from galaxies away
For worldwide peace to finally see the light of day
How can little old me make these wishes come true?
Is living each moment with purpose all one can do?
I am here to make a difference by playing my tune
Hopefully all these wants become fulfilled really soon

Learn to love yourself first. If you do not love yourself, how can you expect another to love you?
Where do you think your imagination comes from?
There is only one religion, the religion of love.
There is only one language, the language of the heart.
There is only one race, the race of humanity.
There is only one god and He is omnipresent.

CircleSpeak is a highly acclaimed, independently-produced feature-length documentary on the history of the British crop circles from 1978 through the 2004 crop circle season. Based on years of research, the film is arguably the most thorough and balanced presentation of the crop circle story ever documented on film. Virtually all of the original British researchers are interviewed and shown in historical video footage, as well as most of the modern day experts, writers and webmasters who report on the latest developments. But it’s not just the researchers who have played a major role in the story. CircleSpeak introduces us to other people – the farmers, the police and even several generations of self-proclaimed hoaxers who also claim a share of the crop circle story.
The film combines the history of the phenomenon with the unfolding events of one crop circle summer in southern England – the 2001 crop circle season. It was a watershed year for the people at the heart of the story. The previous summer had seen some of the most complex and exciting formations ever, and the 2001 season was greeted with the hope of a new millennium and the possibility that real ‘contact’ was at hand. But it also corresponded with the year of Foot and Mouth disease and an epidemic that caused Britain’s agricultural community to close down access to the fields and footpaths of England. This was a tense and dramatic season which culminated, surprisingly, with the largest crop circle formation ever recorded – a formation called “the mother of all crop circles.”
In addition to the people, CircleSpeak is full of beautiful aerial footage of the major crop circles from the late 1980s through the 2004 season. The filmmakers were fortunate to gain access to American videographer Peter Sorensen’s extensive collection of aerial and ground footage from 1992 to 2004. The DVD is full of beautiful photography of the Wiltshire and Hampshire landscapes that host the majority of the world’s crop circles each summer.
The Hidden Messages in Water is an eye-opening theory showing how water is deeply connected to people's individual and collective consciousness. Drawing from his own research, scientific researcher, healer, and popular lecturer Dr. Masaru Emoto describes the ability of water to absorb, hold, and even retransmit human feelings and emotions. Using high-speed photography, he found that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward it. Music, visual images, words written on paper, and photographs also have an impact on the crystal structure.
Emoto theorizes that since water has the ability to receive a wide range of frequencies, it can also reflect the universe in this manner. He found that water from clear springs and water exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns, while polluted water and water exposed to negative thoughts forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors. Emoto believes that since people are 70 percent water, and the Earth is 70 percent water, we can heal our planet and ourselves by consciously expressing love and goodwill.
