Good day to you.

It’s a pleasure to be with you once more, to have this opportunity to address you, to give you some further knowledge. Enlightenment as many of you say, enlightenment of your energy fields, enlightenment for your soul, experience for your soul and indeed your emotional body as your conscious mind works through my words.

I wish to speak to you on the matter of choice and your reality. Many of you understand that you create your own reality. Though some say, “but others around me do this.” I am trapped in this situation or that situation. I challenge you. I ask you why for all of you have choice and I ask you why. Why you may feel trapped? Why you may feel you have to stay in a situation which you are not happy? Even though some instances bring suppression of the very soul that you seek to enlighten. You decided to incarnate on this planet because it was a planet of choice and therefore created the greatest opportunity for experience. For that is why you have incarnated, lifetime after lifetime, to experience many situations, many emotions, abundance, loss, fear, happiness… All is experience.

Though for mankind overall, you are making your way back to light, to the source, to God, the Great Being. The name you give this one matters not. It is the journey, the learning, the expansiveness which is important. Your planet gives the most opportunity for this to occur for your soul. There are many being called forward in your times now. There is much energy being focused on your planet and the atmosphere. The guides and masters and light beings, not only from around your planet, who work with your planet, but from outer planets also, all are being activated to create this shift in consciousness of man and of the earth. For your earth is living matter also.

But all of you have choice. Always there is the scenario for choice. This is why I say to you that you create your own reality, your own situation, your own circumstances and therefore your happiness or indeed your unhappiness. The decision is always yours. Perhaps what also should be noted is courage. Your own courage for sometimes through choice, great courage is required. The times that you are in, you are entering through the veil of light. Many lightworkers have already reached through the veil. There are many old souls who have returned, who have incarnated, simply to teach, to guide, to help mankind. Some have no need to incarnate. They have chosen to, to assist in this great shift that you are all in.

There are, you could say, turbulent times, and there has been much written in the past about doom and gloom. But remember your choice. Remember that you are beings of light. Whether you have activated that light is not relevant. What is relevant is that you all carry light within you. And it is with many light workers and the energy that is created that can activate that light within many. Even though some may not learn or step onto a path, it is the energy, the energy that is in the atmosphere that will activate all. This is how you will pass through the great shift. The shift you could liken to simply a change of vibrations of your entire planet. That is the shift. That is what you are experiencing. The turbulence that is about is as the old energy, the darker energy that has built up over many, many years. As that is dissolved and more light is brought in, this has created some turbulence during the change. You could say it is a birthing of the new and much has been written about this and spoken of also.

But you have choice, so what would this mean for you as you step forward into the years to come. I have said that I have chosen not to speak very much about your coming years, 2012 in your time, because I do not wish to create fear and in our realms, we see all and there was much activity being directed from other light beings about this event. What I would say to you is that it is a time for you to prepare, to prepare yourselves for the coming changes. For you have only begun… You are not yet through the shift. Many may say how am I going to prepare? You prepare by simply using the light. Bring the light down into your being. This is the first step. It is so simple. And what happens when you bring the light down daily? You also build your light body. You are much more than your physical body, much more. And when you begin to bring down the light daily, you build your light quotient. This reverts back to what I said previously about the light that you all carry. There is a spark of light within you, within your very being. It is centered in the heart chakra and as you are aware, that is the gateway to the soul.

The light is love, unconditional love, formed as light energy. You absorb it every day from your atmosphere and this is why those of you who live without very much pollution are more peaceful. They absorb more, the very colours around them, the green of the foliage of trees and the grass, the blue of the sky is absorbed through the eyes, through the etheric body into the outer bodies. And that in itself is also part of a healing. The atmospheric light is also absorbed more readily for those who live without a lot of pollution in the atmosphere. The pollution in the atmosphere, indeed you could liken this to your own emotional body, what this one calls ‘dross’, a layer of small negative particles. And the light must penetrate through this layer to be utilized for you to journey to higher realms, higher dimensions. The less negativity that you hold, usually in the emotional body, the more sentient you can gain, the higher you can travel, you could say.

The emotional body is the main block that all of mankind must overcome. Many focus on their past and it is interesting to hear how many comments focus on negative situations and experiences and how few on excitement and fun. As you focus on each negative experience, whether past or present, you give more energy to that negativity. You feed it, you double it, you triple it and so it goes on and on and it builds into as I say what this one refers to emotional dross. And so your negative layer becomes larger and larger which eventually must be broken down. So I challenge you again and ask you to be more vigilant in looking into your past, looking at your comments, looking at what you focus on, looking at your emotional memories.

In order for you to move on, you must release the past and by releasing, I mean completely releasing. For it is no good giving verbal service and saying yes I forgive and then perhaps a week later, recalling the whole event with annoyance and anger. When you release, the release must be total and further, it must be coated with love. Think of it as a coat, an overcoat of love as you release. Sometimes, the issue you have to release are difficult for you. I urge you to work through step by step. Go into your higher self. Your higher self is part of your soul. It will give you a different aspect, a different viewpoint because you have come out of the lower vibrations of the lower emotional body. You see? So look at it from a higher perspective. Indeed all your problems and worries. Why do you continue to hold on to them? It all adds to this layer of emotional negativity or dross. And therefore in future times, will create more work for you.

In your new year 2008, there will be more changes placed upon mankind. There will be more settling of the plates of the planet, more cleansing and there will be eruptions. It is a cleansing, just as when you cleanse your emotional body, you often cry, the tears. It is similar. It is a cleansing. But in your new year, there will be changes in the outer. By the outer I mean in your business world, in your world of homes, your material matters, your outer world. Your inner is your emotional which I have just spoken of. And be aware also, your outer world also reflects your inner. If you are peaceful, calm, if you have cleared, you are comfortable with yourself, you will reflect this to your outer world, those around you. This is what you would reflect. If you are hiding behind a mask, if you are trying to reflect to the outer world what is not truly you, I say to you in the coming months, it will be revealed and torn down, simply by the energies that I have spoken of, that are in your atmosphere, creating change within. If you value materiality above all else, it will be torn down. And the outer will always reflect the inner and since in your coming year, the focus will be on the outer world around you, for some, there will be great change. This also extends through to your commercial and business worlds. There will be change. Those who have sought to make excess money from others will encounter loss, in some instances, great loss. This is all part of your shift, part of what is happening.

I spoke before of light particles, particles of light containing the unconditional love. This is the unconditional love of the great one, of God, the ultimate energy, whatever name you prefer. It is one of unconditional love. It is everywhere. It is whatever you perceive it to be. And in the past, you have been told that this love is there for even what you consider the lowest of the low of humanity - the murderer, the ones who are treacherous and cruel, unkind. Still there is the love. This is how great that love is. And just as you step into this unconditional love, this energy, you must also give love to those who you perceive to be your enemies. This is your great step. You see. The emotional body is a great step for you to overcome. And yet you are not alone. You have much energy available in opening your heart chakra, encouraging you to look at your past, at many issues which previously you have not wished to face. Great energy, bringing the outer world into balance right around your planet, from those who have excessive wealth and waste it, to those who have little and yet give all that they have to another. The balance will be brought into place.

There is much I could say about this but know that your new year will bring change in the outer. There is much information everywhere. Many great teachers are now creating channels for their words just as I use this one. There are many many channels now on your planet and why? Because we seek to help you release your old patterns that have entrapped you lifetime after lifetime. This is why. There is so much help for you on so many levels and how do you know what is truth? How do you find your own truth? Simply by going into your own spark of light in your heart. Connect to your feelings. And as you connect to your feelings, you connect to your soul, your higher self, that will always guide you. It will always lead you and it is very simple. If you feel you should do something and you feel strongly, and yet your conscious mind pulls you back and argues- that negative inner voice… then always listen to that first voice because that is from your heart, from your soul, from your higher self. Do you see? It will guide you. It will feel right. The more you can train yourself to pay attention and to listen to your feelings, the more light you will activate and it will not be so difficult to walk further on your path. Indeed, it will be very easy. It is that you will have a light to guide you, through your higher self, through the light in your heart, the light you all carry, that you have incarnated with.

So this is your new year, what will come about in your new year. Any residues from the inner that you have experienced, or the outer, you have not experienced in your coming year, will be played out in your following year which is 2009, so I urge all of you to do as much clearing to bring your life back into balance as is possible. This will avoid greater turbulence the following year. It is as when you are sifting flour when you bake. At first you sift gently as the flour falls through the sifter. But if there are particles that resist, you shake harder do you not? It is very similar in your releasing, in your moving forward, in your working with light. It is your choice. It can be so easy for you, for all of you. It need not be difficult unless you choose.

Now, are there questions?

Audience: Master, good evening. My name is Tony. I am quite interested to know why it is in the last twelve months, I can think of four light workers in the form of powerful mediums who have become sick because they absorb negativity. I think Lynette did cover this at the beginning of her address earlier that people don’t prepare themselves enough. I am very mystified as to why great people do become sick, that they do not practice what they preach. In fact, they say you got to do this to ascend, you go to look after yourself, you got to make sure that the energy flows right through but they are not doing that themselves. They have become sick. I am confused.

Kuthumi: Thank you, Tony, an excellent question. I do thank you for raising this. This is an excellent subject indeed, an excellent subject. It does come back to what this one said about preparing. Energy… Now… Everything is energy. Everything on your planet is energy. You are energy and there are only two kinds: positive and negative. Now because you are in transitional stages, there is much energy about, even as you walk about the street or perhaps at your daily place of work. There is negative energy that you can pick up in your aura from others. This may simply be someone else who perhaps is having a difficult time. Things are not going right and they feel an anger about that. Or they feel upset over a love issue of any sort. You see. This is all classed as negativity. And as negativity grows and sits in pockets of your aura. We know it as your subtle bodies.

Such an interesting question... Now, preparing… It is that many did not prepare themselves on the emotional body. It is that they know and they are instructed but many do not do it themselves. I can tell you that before this one left, she was reminded by her partner to sit, to clear, to prepare. And it is such a simple process and it is part of the teachings. This has been done for centuries of time but in the hurriedness of your daily life, it is forgotten. And so it is with these other channels and teachers of light and metaphysics, they forget to look after themselves. They forget to clear. They forget to prepare.

Now, also there is another level which I would discuss to give you further understanding of the subject. There are light workers who take on the task of clearing mass people or even areas. Now, I can tell you that this one’s husband does clearing of this sort when healing and sometimes when in an area. Now remember that everything must transmute down through your physical body. That is why your physical body must always be looked after and prepared. No matter what level you work on, everything must come down to the physical body. It must transmute through the physical. It can be no other way. You see really, you are in between worlds, between dimensions. You must function in this level yet many of you are capable of reaching higher levels. You see. So, everything must come down and transmute through the physical. Now some have said that they will do this, and they transmute a great amount of energy but it is not meant for them to become gravely ill. No, it can be done, and although they have said “yes I will do this”, they sometimes forget to prepare themselves by using the energies, by using the light.

You must remember the light is your greatest gift at this time. Indeed, it has always been your greatest gift and it can be used for much. But it is that man and his, yes I say, sometimes his ego self, and his conscious mind, which of course the ego self uses, forgets and thinks I am super person, I can do anything. And the physical body cannot. So there always needs to be the time of preparation, of dissolving the negativity with the light. This is one of your greatest gifts that you have been given, that has come through the veil, to help you with this time of transition. When I spoke before and I said that you are not alone, I do not merely mean your helpers, guides or your masters in spirit or from other planets, I also meant the light. Many of you underestimate the light. Some of you limit it by putting it in a little box, thinking that oh that is God, no I don’t like God, so I don’t want that. How futile. God is only a name that many use. It is energy. It is light. It is the light that you are transcending to. So I say again with that attitude, how futile. This is what I have been talking about.

These leaders of light, teachers, those who have opted in unconditional love to assist others, to transmute energy, even those souls who are still walking your planet who have not transcended properly to higher realms, to higher dimensions. There are those who take these souls en masse. It is able to be done efficiently and quickly with the assistance of the light and this is what they must realize. In some instances, we will show you by the physical body becoming ill. This is simply because they are not listening to our message. I am sure you have experienced this, when you were told that you must rest and you say, “oh no, life is too busy, there is this and there is that,” and suddenly you become ill with the flu or some such illness and you find yourself in bed, resting. You have not listened, you see. And on some level, it is decided that this is most important for you to do. Normally for challenges, or work in front of you that you cannot yet see. Even in this diversity, you see, you are always looked after, although at times you do not see it. Do you understand? Does this answer you?

Audience: Master Kuthumi, hello, my name is Beryl. You talk about the coming changes for 2012 and that not much is revealed because of the fear we fear. Recently, there has been some of us who have a vision for preparation, including building communities and organizations to assist in preparation. Are we on the right track?

Kuthumi: Yes, another excellent question. What a wonderful group this evening. Yes, very much on track, Beryl. I hope I got that right. Yes, very much on track. You see, by living in a community, there must be unconditional love for all and this is essential to keep the vibrations flowing so what this does is this encourages everyone to look at and deal with their ego selves. This is foremost and most important. The second is the light. You see, as you group together, more light is built. More light can flow out to your world as well as amongst you. I think I have spoken of this light issue before where there are those on our level whose soul work is to utilize the light energy and they do this from all gatherings, not just of light workers, but what you would call non-light workers as well. And they utilize the energy which is quickly turn to light, as there are light particles in it as well, and it is utilized. So there is great light in your communities and also great strength, you see, many great qualities, great strength, in that community base and the strength of the numbers can do so much work, and so much good in these transitional times.

And yes, I do not speak too much because of fear. You see, light workers of a higher level understand. They do not give in to fear. They understand so much more. They understand how we work. They understand the cleansing process. But there are those who are not as advanced on their path and perhaps they get a little word, or a sentence, and this grows in their conscious mind to that great fear, and they tell another, and even more fear is built. And they in turn tell others. So you see, the potential for great fear that can be built. There is no need for fear. The shift is a transition in energies. It is a transition for mankind from old negative ways of self, war, ego and all that entailed, control also, into light, into peace, into surprisingly what everyone wants and yet the difficulty in how do I attain it? As you know, Beryl, it is simple. The way is simple and so we keep teaching. Yes, there will be communities and they will do great work. It is how those souls have chosen to serve their fellow man.
