Love Yourself

In bringing through the Ascended Master, Lord Lanto’s words of love, compassion and wisdom she becomes your personal guide for the choices that life brings. Lanto says:

My purpose is to teach you, to show you how to love yourselves. For this has been lost from your Earth plane for such a long time and so I come to you, through this channel, for this purpose. It has been a very long journey for her – a journey which started in a way that taught her exactly the opposite.

Many of you who read these words will have started your incarnation in this position, where the love of one’s self seemed utterly impossible, but this is what must happen if you are to ever understand who you really are. For you are, each and every one of you, Masters in your own right.

As the Buddha says, if you want to change another, then change yourself.

You call us Masters. You call me Master, or Lord Lanto and perhaps you know that there are many of us in the Spirit world, and you treat us with such reverence, with such respect and such love. And it is so sad to see, because the love that you show us you do not show yourselves. So I am here for all those who wish to come, to help you understand what it means to love yourself; to honour yourself; to recognise the Divine and the Master within you. For it is only by doing this that you can truly help another. It is only by giving to yourself all that you need – all the joy, the love, the abundance, the beauty, the laughter – that you can ever hope to really give it to another.

As the Buddha says, if you want to change another, then change yourself. So my purpose at this time is to help you to change yourselves, by gently reminding you what you need to look at in yourself. What is there within you that need love? What is there within you, locked inside that needs to be set free – your passion, your joy, your beautiful childlike laughter? For you are full of far too many cares and worries which block the child within you and keep you from your joy and from the divinity; the magnificence within you – each and every one of you.

Learn to be more generous with yourself, so that you may be more generous with others – with your time, with your love, with your wisdom, with your serenity and your compassion.

Our message to all those who are willing to listen, and who have the courage to act and to trust, is to remind you of what needs attention within yourselves. Learn to be more generous with yourself, so that you may be more generous with others – with your time, with your love, with your wisdom, with your serenity and your compassion. The World at this time has a great need of such generous souls.

You have not read this page by accident. You have read it because you too, in some way, need to be reminded of where you need to place your attention. Let the energy of these words flow through you and reveal to you these energy blocks – these little fears – then use this energy, our energy, to help you release them.
