If you have problems viewing the video or listening to the audio, try the following solutions, in order of precedence:

1. Please ensure that you have the latest flash player installed for your web browser. You can install the latest Adobe flash player by clicking here. Videos require flash player version 8 or later to work while audio should work in flash player version 6 or later.

2. If you have the latest flash player installed and the media does not work, try closing your web browser, relaunching it and open the relevant webpage again. Try clearing your browser cache if it still does not work. You can also try using another web browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer.

3. If the video or audio is streaming very slowly or in a disruptive (i.e. on and off) manner, it may be due to the poor network conditions between our server and your internet service provider. As this  depends on a wide variety of conditions such as heavy usage, network congestion or failure, peak hours and etc., you can try leaving the webpage open in a new window, pause the video or audio and wait for it to finish downloading. You should be able to have a smooth experience when the media has completed its downloading. You can tell the progress by the percentage mark.
