This is a simple and concise guide to the world of metaphysics, created due to popular requests by some of our readers who are new to metaphysics. No, it is not the definitive guide to metaphysics. On the contrary, we want to emphasize that this is our own interpretation of the various concepts of metaphysics to the best of our current understanding.

We are all spiritual beings having temporary incarnations as human beings on Earth. Therefore, this guide is really here to help remind us of our own divinity and to re-member what we already know at some level. Please take what resonates with you and discard what does not.
