It is said that Lord Lanto may have accomplished more than any other Master on Earth. 3. Fearbusters Take a good look at your fears, then ask your guides and Masters to show you what your life would be like without them. First we get to know them in all their multi-coloured glory, then we clean our chakras of anything that’s ready to be released. Next we look at some of the most popular and effective ways to release our most persistent fears. We discuss affirmations, flower and crystal essences and meditations – how these can be used and how they help - borrow from NLP and learn very effective self-help techniques such as TFT and TAB.

Loving yourself The Beatles sang “All you Need is Love”, Buddha said “if you want to change others, first change yourself” and Lord Lanto says that it’s the most generous, loving thing we can do for ourselves, our loved ones and the planet and the only way to reconnect with the Master within us. 5. the trinity rules Are you having trouble accepting that everything you want to be you already are? The simple truth is that when we forget we are divine souls having a human experience, we start to put limits on our own magnificence.
