Have you ever wondered where your food comes from and whether it really contains the nutrients and anti-oxidants that help you fight aging and disease?  When cities are encroaching on natural forests and farmlands, have you ever wondered if there will be enough land to grow the food that will feed the world?

"How to Save the World" exposes globalization for what it really is - an environmental and human disaster.  Farmers in India are saving their poisoned lands ( outcome of extensive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides ) by reviving an ancient form of agriculture which will be the blueprint for a post-industrial future.  The video presentation illustrates what an environmentally sustainable food system looks like, one that is capable of feeding everyone.  The man behind this agricultural revolution is Peter Proctor, a New Zealander, whose introduction of Biodynamic farming in India restores autonomy and dignity back to the marginal farmers.
