The all new raw food cuisine HANDS ON class features a Japanese menu of:

wheatgrass juice from Wildbunch Juice (not hands on) 

10 minute oriental massage salad

zucchini ramen in miso-tahini broth with marinated shiitake mushrooms

black sesame sunflower bread (not hands on)

nori sushi rolls with spicy miso-almond pate

apple pie with sweet coconut cream

That's 5 delicious gourmet raw vegan recipes that you'll be learning - HANDS ON! (that means you're gonna get dirty)

You'll learn how to

- approach food the natural health way!
- grow life-force charged sprouts
- use raw food equipment like the Vitamix blender, Cuisinart Food Processor & Benriner Turning Slicer 
- set up your own raw food kitchen
- eat organically grown local vegetables raw in a delicious way
- make dense, hearty and satisfying salads that taste cooked
- make noodles without any sort of flour whatsoever
- make fabulous dessert pies without an oven
