My greetings to you!
At this time, I wish to speak of listening and your soul contracts. I chose listening because, as I observe, many are not really listening. They read, yet they only absorb a percentage of what they read. And further, if they decide on some level that they do not really like what they are reading, the lower self comes in and changes what they have read. Let me explain. You may have an article and you like part of it, but you do not like being told of perhaps another scenario in the story. Then your consciousness, through the lower self, changes it by ignoring the parts you don't like. You will say, "well, that's alright because I don't need to worry about that." And this very phrase changes what you have read; it changes the meaning because you choose to ignore a part of the story. And yet in many instances, what your lower self turns you away from, is the most important message of all.
The same applies when you are speaking to someone. How often is it, when someone is speaking to you, you have thought you have heard them say one thing, and yet they have not, or they have said something quite different. Again, your lower self is entering into the picture, blocking it out, changing, keeping you in the comfort zone. To listen correctly, it is important to train your conscious mind, and indeed your very ears, to listen intently. Over time, and I speak of time as lifetimes, many have become lazy.
Some speak of the throat chakra and communication, and the voice is associated with this chakra, speaking, yet listening is forgotton. So many forget about listening. This is indeed part of the throat chakra. To communicate clearly, it is important that you listen clearly. This is very important, many are not doing it. And because many are not listening clearly and accurately, it is creating a maze of problems and misinterpretation. You have all incarnated at a vital time on your planet, and you know this. Therefore, ensure you listen correctly. Read, absorb the words, all of them, even those that you first may think are uncomfortable to you.
Let me say to you, as you are reading, you may become aware of an energy change within you which alerts your conscious mind. Your first thought is, "that's not me, oh.. that's not for me, no.. that's not right." You see, each one is of a negative, each one is a casting aside, a choosing not to absorb, not to listen, not to question. If you feel this, pause, read it again, absorb. And try to look clearly at yourself, at your reactions, for there is a message there for you. Be aware of the lower self pulling you away from what is so important.
Sometimes, you know, the helpers that we have here in Spirit are so busy and many times they will present teachings such as I give, and indeed many other light beings also, all forms of communication, articles, books, the ezines, all important information. And sometimes the helpers will direct a person to a particular article, to encourage them to look at something in their personality that needs to be adjusted. Now, remember, that the ego self uses the personality constantly to pull you away from higher conscious awareness. And so I ask you to listen, as you read, and also in conversation. Even as you speak, listen to your words, listen clearly, you may be surprised what you actually hear.
Now, the other thing I wish to speak of is your Soul contracts. Most of you, I think, are aware of Soul contracts and their purpose. For those who are not, briefly, a Soul contract is formed before you incarnate and it is worked out with your Guardian, the Lords of Karma, the Council of Light, your own Masters and guides, and of course yourself, for unless you agree to undertake a Soul contract, it cannot be. And so you incarnate and there are certain events and things to accomplish that you agree to. Some are monumental – being of great help to mankind, of great effect. Others are smaller, but I say to you, they are nonetheless just as important as any Soul contract. Sometimes your Soul contracts change as you use your freewill.
I can speak of this more in depth but the point I wish to make concerns the Soul contract for the masses, the Soul contract for mankind. What I spoke of previously was the individual Soul contracts. But did you know that mankind in the mass consciousness also has a contract of the
Soul, the mass of Souls. That is of course the higher awareness, the raised consciousness. Now, many have heard of this, the Oneness. Some think Oneness is God or a great Being of Light, you see. And to a point that is correct, but in this instance of Oneness it is All, including each of you, all who will read my words, you are all part of the Oneness- mass consciousness.
When you speak in a derogatory way about another, when you say negative comments about another, you are saying this about yourself. When you hurt another, you hurt yourself. There is the saying, 'as you give out, so you receive.' In the past, many have thought of this in perhaps a material way. It is far more than that, I can assure you. Your thoughts, as you give out, so you will receive. The deeds you do to another, as you give out, so you will receive. Whatever you give out, you will receive back. You are part of the Oneness. You are separate, in a sense, but your consciousness, your energy, is part of the Oneness.
The Oneness also includes the Light of the Great One, of God, the Great Being. As you know, you carry this spark, this Light in your hearts. When this is activated, that Divine spark also activates the entire Oneness of your planet, of mankind, for it flows out into the ethers far more than you realize. Some of you have difficulty understanding the expansiveness. And so to put it as simply as I can at this point, I ask each of you to remember that you are part of a mass consciousness. Although you go about your business, and in some ways are separate, yet you are not separate. Your energy is part of the Oneness.
Myself and others have spoken in the past of your thoughts, how powerful your thoughts are, going out into the atmosphere. We have spoken of the dark negative energy from your historical years of war and anger, how that negativity has built up in the atmosphere. What has not been impressed upon you so much is the effect of this on the mass consciousness, and that each of you are part of this. It reflects back to each of you, in your inner being, in your peace of mind, in your happiness. And this is all part of the Soul contract of mankind.
Many wise souls have incarnated, not only to help with the ascension, but also with the new race coming through to your planet. Change has already begun, you know this. Again, you have been told of the new race, which is still coming. It started with the Indigos, as they are named, and the Crystal children, more are coming. It is, what you would call, a transitional phase. They bring much Light to the mass consciousness because of the Light they bring with them. What many of you have spent lifetimes and even many years in this incarnation in attaining your higher awareness, they are born with – a great higher awareness. They do not have the time to wait; they are the transitional ones, all part of the mass consciousness.
I may speak more of this again for I feel I have given you much to Think about, but even in that, you see, is purpose. For when you Think, you are listening, are you not. You are working it through your Conscious mind. If you achieve this, then my message has been successful.
