One has a Self and a Higher Self, I am often asked why I give capital letters to them. I do this because they are very important and need to be seen.
The Higher Self part of you knows your destiny, and leads and guides you to that destiny. It has patience, and it knows astrologically the right date and time when that destiny will happen. It also gives no energy to anything other than that goal of achieving that destiny.
The Self part of you however is a different energy. It is fearful of everything, especially change it does not understand. It wants to know why, how, who, and what. It spends all of its time in the past, frightened to move forward, and has no patience whatsoever. Like the small child, it says; "I want it now, I don't want to wait, why do you make me wait?" Yet many factors have to be in place before things can happen.
You and you alone have chosen your lessons, nobody else has had a hand in the choosing...
The Higher Self if allowed to lead and guide you will open the doors to the opportunities for one's growth and destiny, whether that is positive or negative as you say on this Earth plane. Sometimes, one's lessons can be hard ones, at other times easy ones.
You and you alone have chosen your lessons, nobody else has had a hand in the choosing, in our world of spirit YOU have with a Master's help, chosen your Earth plane life with all of its happiness and sadness.
The Higher Self is with you in our world, it knows what to do and when to do it. The Self on the other hand is not with you. It is part of the physical body and it is only there once you enter the physical body. It does not know the plan put into being in our world before birth. It is very much like a fish without any water, it is afraid of the unknown as it see's it, and so begins the questions. It likes to live in the past, for it does not trust the future. Yet, you are here to let the past go, for the past has caused so many problems in prior incarnations.
You need to learn to trust us, and to have the faith your destiny will unfold.
However, in order for the Higher Self to lead and guide you, you need to raise your vibration away from the fear and the doubt and insecurity the Self lives with daily. You need to learn to trust us, and to have the faith your destiny will unfold. Often this requires patience until astrologically and location wise, everything is put into place.
But again, the Self part of you becomes frightened at moving location, and has no patience to wait. It will have you believing that to move is the worst thing you can do, what about your family, friends, job, etc.,? You of course, step into that fear and stay where you are. This stops the growth and the destiny from happening. "Stay in the comfort zone." Your Self says, while the Higher Self part of you is saying; "There is so much for you once you do move and begin the new journey." Until one can learn to trust the Higher Self, take the plunge and begin the new path, nothing can happen and change.
Each one of you has an intuitive part of you, you could call this the Higher Self. The Self part of yourself constantly asks questions, why, how, what, who? It lives in fear of change and very rarely looks at change favorably. It keeps you from achieving your destiny also. As one begins to have the faith and trust then one moves higher in vibration, as one does this, one becomes more and more in the Higher Self.
