Letters from the Apostles: Saint Andrew

Beloved,

I Am Andrew, Saint and Ascended Master, guide and teacher to mankind and friend to all who seek the truth and light. It is my great pleasure to begin this year-long discourse of letters to you all and introduce the nature of that which we intend to achieve, the messages that we hope to deliver and that part of the Divine plan that we have been entrusted with unfolding. To begin with then let me introduce myself better and in so doing begin to unfold the reason for our presence in the past and in the now, as well as the relevance of our messages for the future.

A long time ago we, the Apostles, were human as you are now. We lived simple lives unaware of our true nature or the powerful destinies that awaited us. Unaware of the paths that we would pursue and those serendipitous events that would pull us onto these journeys. Of course our Master knew, the Master Jesus, for these things had been revealed to him and he was waiting, patiently as he ever did, to find us and awaken us and reveal to us his choice. To reveal to us that we would be chosen to take his teachings out into the world and continue his work long after his ascension, long after his death. To reveal to us that the labour of sowing the seeds of truth that he had been entrusted to return to the world, would fall upon our shoulders ensuring that these things would not be forgotten but rather safely kept for those who follow us, our inheritors, you.

We were in a sense the original light-workers of our time and in many ways you echo us now...

The Master Jesus had been shown that each of we twelve carried a mighty and yet hidden power, an ancient inheritance that had been carefully preserved within our blood and bone, within our DNA. A memory and power, a pure-bred genetic form that hailed from ancient times then long forgotten. From fair Atlantis, that drowned land and the twelve root races that once walked its fair lands. This sleeping treasure he was to awaken and making us aware of it ensure that we would not waste it but use it well and preserve it well so that it might again in the future, in your now, resurface and play its part in resurrecting the vibration of fair Atlantis and recreate the perfect template for mankind that would be needed to eventually lead them home to God. The Master Jesus had been shown that out of all those who would follow him as disciples we and only we would have the fabric and consciousness necessary at that time to carry forth the light of the Christ after his demise and sustain that which he had set in motion, the return of the true Christian mysteries and the shifting of the age of the world.

We were in a sense the original light-workers of our time and in many ways you echo us now, we were entrusted to go out into the world and heal the sick and drive out demons as many of you do in many different ways as well as raising the dead from their slumber. In truth this meant awakening the spiritually dead from their confusion and ignorance, teaching them of Universal Law and the ways of the Masters but this true meaning has become lost and misinterpreted in the confusion and encodement of the bible that exists now. Then as now the healing of mankind's mind and heart and body was essential for the liberation of their Spirit, as was the liberation of their Spirit from those forces that assailed them, be they true unclean Spirits, demons, or lost or Earthbound Souls that simply needed to be moved on.

We were entrusted with the distribution of the Christ Light, as you are now and told to take nothing with us, no bread, no bag, no money on our belt save for our staff. This meant we were to carry no preconceptions with us and take none of our own issues or interpretations to the work and the people but to be as he had been a pure and clear channel for the light of the Divine. This meant that we had to sustain ourselves on nothing save the light of God and to stand in our power, using the knowledge of our path, our staff of truth, to be our only confirmation. The only badge of office, our self belief, that was needed. We were told not to put on two tunics, not to fall into the trap of adopting double standards but rather to stand in our integrity and truth and that if a town rejected us we were to shake the dirt from our feet as we left it, not to take the rejection as personal, to become angry, fearful or sad. But rather to be non-judgmental, to let this rejection go and recognise them as having exercised their choice revealing themselves not to be ready yet to see the light of truth we carried.
